Have used slacker for a while now, I have the paid version and it absolutely rocks

Will never go back to Pandora

I have paid for the premium top notch slacker for about 9-10 mints and it has done nothing but gotten worse. I pay so I dont have to listen to duche bag Djs yet here I still hear them on all the slacker made stations . There is recently a lot of claimed connection problems when I have other apps that stream seamlessly. And now there is a lot of artists copyright so you cant play certain songs or artist only stations. Will cancel and take my money elsewhere

Slacker works seamlessly with Toyota Entune. Better than Pandora.

I decided to check out Slacker free radio for the heck of it. They offered me a 14 day trial of Premium. I accepted, and I am blown away at what Slacker Premium has to offer that I have not seen on any other $10 service. Their Series, like "A-Z", and "Artist DNA" really serve up that human radio experience missing from an unending stream of music. There are interviews with artists with a ton of interesting anecdotes and other stories. "Beatles A-Z" was a pure joy to listen to. Basic radio features are great and are easily better than Pandora, all while serving up superior sound quality. Already an Apple Music Family subscriber, but Im considering getting Slacker Premium as well for their unique and well thought out offerings.

I can listen to my favorite music anywhere!!! This app will STAY!!!

Slacker is heads and shoulders above the rest. Variety is top notch. You wont be disappointed.

When I hit the app icon it loads for about a second the goes back to my home screen.

I have had Slacker for a number of years. After this latest update, I CANNOT block songs or rate them as favorite. I DO have a PAID account. I emailed support the first time it happened and they said to restart the phone. I did that and it worked. Eventually, the same problem reoccurs and restarting it DID NOT HELP. If this app keeps on having issues, I will delete this app from my phone. I have cancelled my pay account for this app.

I have been a Slacker user for a few years now and love the ability to create various custom stations and adjust them over time. Further, the favorites mix available on my iPad is super way cool. I cant wait for the iPhone to get it! The low annual payments for commercial free are more than worth it. I prefer my Slacker to my Pandora, which is okay, but not as good as Slacker.

Have enjoyed using Slacker after switching from another free app. I dont the advertising that comes through occasionally..better than other site I used....listen on my iPad and Samsung phone.

I was invited to test beta version 7.0.20 and provide feedback. I honestly dont see much of a difference between this and the most recent street release. It works great on my iPad Air. No complaints!

Better than all the other music apps.

They have more and better selections of my favorite artist as my music ear is very eclectic from Salsa to Blues and Soul to rock and country and of course Oldies...

Im still in the early days of using Slacker, but for what Ive seen so far it works nicely. It did take me a while to figure out how to create my playlist (Pandoras application is easier in this regard) but the song catalogue on Slacker is certainly superior. So far, so good. Barring any major problems, I would definitely recommend.

I went with Slacker mostly for its inexpensive offline feature and I was familiar with them. I used it back before Smartphones in the mid 2000s. Its a good, solid service and I am happy with the music selection and whats played on the stations I listen to. What I am not happy about is how often the app sort of just stalls on me mid song. This happens in both the offline and regular mode and can be quite frustrating. I listen while I am working. I drive while I am working for most of my day. I cant stop to fiddle with the app every time it does this (and it requires fiddling to get going again). Thus, I am stuck listening to silence instead of the music I am paying to listen to.

Better than pandora or Ihart. Less interruptions and better sound. The song are newer and the call tone features rock. Just wish I could assign the ringtones to my radio station like the call tones.
